As a passionate theatre professional, I make it a point to keep on top of on all things happening on Broadway. I enjoy learning about new shows in development; changes that are happening; following social media accounts; listening to podcasts and reading reviews. I also stay up to date on what key players, such as producers, creatives, and major companies are working on next.
From transferable life skills such as public speaking and self-confidence, to social and emotional learning, to learning about the arts itself, there are so many benefits arts education can offer students. As an arts educator myself, I specialize in working with students on acting technique; improvisation; character- development; scene study; monologue work; and song interpretation. I can also plan lessons on a wide range of subjects from learning about different careers in the industry to musical theater history.
Whether it’s marketing, and getting your message out on social media; customer service and hospitality; corresponding with multiple parties over phone or email, or building relationships, I am a confident and effective communicator.
I enjoy seeing a goal come into fruition by developing an effective, and organized strategy that focuses on all the nitty-gritty details that makes it all come together. Planning may be half the challenge, but it can also be half the fun.
My expertise in the performing arts lies in performing on stage in multiple genres including drama, comedy, and musical theatre. I also have experience in directing and stage management.
